Analytics Toolbox allows you to create and view your own Adhoc Views and Dashboards.
Users with access to Analytics Toolbox can design reports based on their current access and Security Profiles.
Users with access to Analytics Toolbox can view the standard (pre-existing) reports and create dashboards as well as view and edit reports and dashboards.
By clicking the New button, you will be able to create a new Adhoc View or a Dashboard. Clicking Open displays a list of filters applied to display the list of existing Views.
on the Toolbar. You may export files as PDF, Excel, CSV, DOCX, RTF, ODT, ODS, XLXS or PPTX via the Adhoc View Toolbar. The Pre-defined Views you have access to, by default, and are part of the Analytics Module cannot be modified in the Analytics Toolbox. These are only available on the Analytics Module, Dashboards and My Favourites.
The access to the Analytics Toolbox does not entitle a user to have full access over the Analytics Predefined Views as the access to both options is granted individually.
To get started, click the New menu on the top left corner to start creating reports or dashboards from scratch, or click Open button next to New to take a look at those that are currently available for you.
